Standley Sommelier & Co. was founded from a deep love of hospitality, meaningful gathering, and the belief that wine has a unique way of bringing people together. After beginning her hospitality career in fine dining along Florida’s Emerald Coast and later spending years working in the hospitality industry in Las Vegas as both a sommelier and Fine Wine Sales Consultant, Natasha Standley developed a passion not only for exceptional wine, but for the experience surrounding it — thoughtful service, intentional pairing, and creating moments people remember.

Natasha holds a WSET Level 3 Certification in Wines with Merit and a WSET Level 2 Certification in Spirits with Merit, combining technical knowledge with real-world experience in two highly hospitality-driven markets.

Now based once again along Florida’s Emerald Coast, Natasha works with restaurants to create more intentional and profitable beverage programs through wine list development, staff training, wine dinner programming, and ongoing hospitality-focused beverage management.

Beyond wine, Standley Sommelier & Co. was built with something more personal in mind. The “& Co.” is a reflection of the family behind the business — especially Natasha’s boys, who are the heart behind everything she’s building. Creating a business rooted in flexibility, presence, and intentional living has always been part of the vision: building meaningful work while still making space for beach days, family dinners, and the moments that matter most. At its core, Standley Sommelier & Co. is rooted in hospitality, connection, faith, and gathering well.
